To give our companions in East Tyrol the opportunity not to always have to make the long journey to the Jamtal, this year an Alpine + Medic summer course took place in and around the Lucknerhaus. From 28 to 30 June 2024 we were able to hold an instructive course with the Oberlohr family and I would like to thank them once again for the great hospitality and provision of the facilities!

The terrain around the accommodation is perfect for this course, which serves as a refresher in all alpine and medical techniques and nobody has to worry that the participants will be tested in any way. We would like to continue to offer this course model in summer and winter for all East Tyroleans, but also for Kitzbühel and Kufstein and, if there are still places available, for other districts too. Finally, I would like to inform you that we would be very pleased if we could also welcome “slightly older” members of Mountain Rescue Tyrol to this course model, whether in Jamtal or in East Tyrol!
