When we mountain rescuers have to go out on foot, it naturally takes quite some time before we arrive at the scene of the accident. And yet every minute that we can be on site faster counts. The Leitstelle Tyrol guarantees that no time is lost.

The Leitstelle Tyrol is a partner of all medical rescue services, fire brigades and water rescues in Tyrol and, of course, our partner when it comes to receiving alpine emergency calls.

The dispatchers collect as much relevant information as possible and provide it to our incident commanders. They then have the necessary information to organise an operation and move out as quickly as possible.

But the Leitstelle Tyrol is also a constant companion during an operation. Whether it’s requesting additional resources or exchanging information with other rescue organisations, the Leitselle is always on hand with help and advice.
